We design and create all of our pieces and gladly welcome commissions and special orders.  If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please contact us at

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are gladly accepted--no questions asked.  Items may be returned for full refund (less shipping) as long as refund request is made within three days of receipt of item by e-mail or phone before sending the item back. Returned items must be insured, and in the original packaging. Refunds cannot be issued for items altered or damaged after receipt or for partial returns of matching sets.  If we misrepresent an item, we will gladly refund your purchase price including shipping.

PAYMENT METHODS
To ensure your online shopping safety, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through PayPal and are PayPal verified. 

We also accept personal, corporate checks, cashier's check, and money orders but will wait 10 days after payment has been deposited to ensure payment clearance.

Your privacy is very important to us and Uniquitibles! Art Jewelry and Designs is committed to ensuring its protection.  We will never rent, sell, or otherwise share your information with any third party that may, for its own purposes, use or compromise your information.

From time to time though, we may use your information to communicate with you and make you aware of special events, the launch of new collections or sales.  If you prefer not to receive these communications, please contact us at

PRICING AND DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We typically ship via USPS, Fed. Ex., or UPS--whichever is most cost effective--unless otherwise requested.  Prices are clearly indicated in each individual listing as is domestic shipping cost.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We welcome our international clients and collectors so please feel free to contact us for a shipping quote.

INSURANCE:  We highly recommend that insurance be purchased with an order but if it is not, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.  If the item is damaged during shipment and insurance was purchased, contact us and we will be happy to assist you in filing a damage claim with the shipping carrier.  

WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT: We welcome the opportunity to work with new retailing partners and galleries.  Typically, our minimum initial order is $150.

Due to the labor-intensive handcrafted nature of of our processes, most orders will be shipped within a two to four week period.  However, when required, we will do our best to take rush orders into consideration.

CARE AND HANDLING
Art glass bowls and plates are food safe and we recommend that they be washed by hand.
